Being a mother today is incredibly challenging.

You're expected to "bounce back," be the perfect mum, deal with Mummy Guilt, juggle work and home, manage an endless mental load…and pretend you’re enjoying every. Single. Minute.

Sound Familiar?

Modern Motherhood explained….

Mothers nowadays are expected to do it all—work, parent, maintain a home, be picture perfect on the school run, —often without enough support. The pressure to be a 'supermum' is real, and it’s okay to admit that sometimes it’s just too much.

There are countless books about how to care for a baby, but hardly any about what it’s really like to become a mother.

Why aren’t we told about how crippling mummy guilt can be?

Why didn’t someone explain that emotional overwhelm is actually a thing (and no, you’re not going crazy!)

Why isn’t there a motherhood guide advising us on how to feel confident in our new role and how to deal with our new identity as a mother?

Where is our support?

But you don’t have to lose yourself in motherhood—you can thrive in it.

And that’s where I come in.

Having worked all over the world with pregnant and new mothers (including members of the Royal Family and A-list celebrities) I can help you with everything from Mummy Guilt, managing the MotherLoad, confidence in motherhood, the pressure to be the perfect mother or just finding your identity again.
